At Harvested Hope Skincare, we strive to get your products to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.95
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.95
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): $24.95
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or in your order confirmation email.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@harvestedhopeskincare.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@harvestedhopeskincare.com.
Product Care During Shipping
Our skincare products are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. However, extreme temperatures can affect product quality. We recommend bringing packages inside promptly upon delivery.
