RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Harvested Hope Skincare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In their original packaging with all seals intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to the nature of skincare products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at info@harvestedhopeskincare.com to arrange the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@harvestedhopeskincare.com with photos of the damage. We will replace the product at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@harvestedhopeskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.
